with professional assistance, our Travel Planning service is the perfect solution. With this fee based
service, you pay for your hotels, car rentals, etc. separately and as you go during your vacation.
Let us know the destinations you’re considering, what your interests are, and how long you’d like to
stay. We will follow up with a proposal of recommended hotels in each location, local transportation
options, “must see’s”, restaurant recommendations, and day trips for your chosen destinations.
We will work with you to develop your ideal itinerary and will then make all of your reservations, book
local guides, museum appointments, private car and driver services, train tickets – whatever your dream
calls for.

We will reconfirm all of your arrangements for you and send you a complete Travel Book prior to
departure. Your Travel Book will consist of your personalized itinerary, reservations and contact
information, and helpful tips and information about the places you’ll be visiting.
The Travel planning fee for your custom itinerary is determined by many factors, including the duration of
your stay, number of people traveling in your party and the number of destinations you visit. The
minimum fee for a 7-10 day itinerary is $600.
